2. Nature of Our Services
Our offerings consist of educational, non-clinical workplace wellbeing and professional development training.
They do not provide medical, psychological, counselling, or therapeutic advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare or crisis support.
3. Use of the Website & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including videos, text, graphics, PDFs, templates, and downloadable resources—is protected by copyright.
You may not copy, share, resell, upload, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our digital products.
4. Purchasing & Access
Purchases are processed through Squarespace’s secure checkout using Squarespace Payments/Stripe.
Digital products are delivered through:
access to a protected page on our website
a confirmation email
downloadable links for PDFs or tools
Access is granted for the lifetime of the product, meaning for as long as the product remains available on our website.
If we discontinue a product, we will provide 30 days’ notice where reasonably possible.
No certificates are currently issued.
5. Pricing, Discounts & Taxes
Prices are listed in euro (€).
We may offer promotional pricing or discount codes periodically.
Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.
6. Digital Content Withdrawal Waiver (Required by EU Law)
Upon purchasing a digital product:
you receive immediate access, and
you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
“By purchasing, I give my express consent for immediate access and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once access is provided.”
Without this consent, instant access cannot be provided.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, Tools)
Because access is delivered instantly, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered after access or download has been provided.
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund in cases such as:
accidental duplicate purchases
verified technical issues that prevent access
Custom Services:
If custom design or consulting services are offered:
A 50% non-refundable deposit will apply.
A 24-hour cooling-off period will apply before work begins.
Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
If we cannot complete the work, a full or partial refund may be issued.
8. User Responsibilities
You acknowledge that:
wellbeing exercises (e.g., breathwork, grounding, reflection prompts) are optional
participation is at your discretion
you should stop immediately if discomfort arises
these trainings are not suitable for crisis situations
If you have physical or mental health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before engaging with the exercises.

We do not provide:
therapy or counselling
medical or psychological advice
diagnosis or treatment
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
we do not guarantee that the training or product will meet personal expectations or yield specific outcomes
Your statutory rights as an Irish/EU consumer remain unaffected.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our courses, PDFs, and digital tools are delivered immediately upon purchase.
Under EU consumer law for digital content, once you access or download the product, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, all sales are final once access is granted.
2. Mandatory Consent at Checkout
Before completing your purchase, you will be required to confirm:

Without this consent, we cannot provide immediate access.
