No — all print-design services include digital files only (e.g., PDF print-ready). You’ll receive the files and you’re free to print with your preferred printer or service.

Each service includes one revision. If you’d like extra changes, those are available at €20 per revision. We’ll agree the scope at the start so you can stay on track.

I work mostly asynchronously — that means updates via email, shared documents, short Loom videos or WhatsApp— instead of many scheduled video calls. If you prefer one live call, we can arrange it as an add-on.

Absolutely. Every website build is done in Squarespace (unless you choose another platform) and I’ll hand over the login, editable template, and a short training video if you book one. You’ll own your files, brand, and tools.

Yes — after your project is delivered I offer optional ongoing maintenance, updates or retainer support (quote on request). If you prefer one-off delivery only, that’s fine too.

No, I offer flexible payment options. However, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before starting any project. The remaining balance is due before the final deliverables are handed over. Feel free to contact me for more details or to discuss your payment plan options.
